The hotel was in a chaotic area of Caguas, Puerto Rico, but convenient for our stay. The rooms were clean and well prepared, although outdated. The service was friendly but lacked proactiveness in providing fresh towels. The dining was too expensive for the portion sizes. The location was good considering the circumstances, but parking fees could be more customer-friendly.

I arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the nice and clean rooms, although they smelled a bit old and musty. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient for my needs, but the chaotic service upon arrival was a major downside.
