The hotel was in a chaotic area of Caguas, Puerto Rico, but convenient for our stay. The rooms were clean and well prepared, although outdated. I arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the nice and clean rooms, although they smelled a bit old and musty. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient for my needs, but the chaotic service upon arrival was a major downside.
